How do I avoid this ingredient?

Try to avoid this product.

MSG is a neuro-toxin or nerve poison and your body reacts to it as it would to a drug. I personally react by having hives on my face and swollen hands. I find it worse in combination with azo dyes (E100 onwards). It took me 5 years to work out through elimination diets and I have found through internet searches that I am not alone. Others may react differently:ranging from skin rash and itching to hives, nausea and vomiting, migraine headache, asthma, heart irregularities, seizures, and depression.
